VR6 IN very bad condition

guys here is the happy problem
my bro he has a 95vr6 witch is in very bad condition
-engine moved
-transmission is dead
-rear axle was bent (rear wheel crashed in a sidewalk)
-muffler is sectionned in half
-probably need a complete recondition of the engine
and it continues

what i want to do is fix it up and make it a nice road/trac car. I need to find a great mecano for rebuilding the car and someone that knows what he is doing and TRUSTY.
And advice cause i need some ??
