Ok I have three pretty much brand new lawnmowers for sale. They are pretty much all exacly the same but i'll break each one down for you and describe them.

These arn't you average crappy tire or reno mowers, these are commercial mowers for heavy work.
Mower # 1:
This one is the newest one I have,It's an Aeriens 21" 6.5hp self propelled. It's BRAND NEW (less then 8 hours of work on it). I bought it this year for over $900.00 It has a 1 full year left on the warranty, however the dealer I get them from told me the warranties are non transferable by changing ownership So I'd have to see If i can find another dealer to send you to if you ever need to go. It is a 3 in one it comes with a bag, mulch clip and side discharge chute. It is self propelled, with a variable seed control goes from .5 miles an hour to 3-4 mph ground speed. Before selling I will be having full tuneups and oilchanges done to all the mowers, as well as cleaning them, so pretty much this one is brand new. It is a straight gas mower (2 cycle)
I bought it for : $900+

Mower # 2:
Aeriens 21" 6.5 hp self propelled. (same as the other 2, different style of engine)
I bought this one last season. It has approx 100hrs of work on it. It still has 1 full year of warranty on it. It is a 3 in one. It comes with a bag and a mulch clip. I didn't buy the chute for this one. This one is different then the others because it has a blade/brake clutch. This means that you can stop the blades and still have the engine running. Also has a throttle control. Runs perfectly. I bought this one for $1300+ Tax last june I believe. It has the same ground speeds as the other 2. adjustable speed control.
Same deal as the others, tuneup and oil change will be done before selling.
Bought for $1300.00+ tax
Selling for $500.00
Mower # 3:
This one is exacly the same as mower #1 exact same model and engine, exact same specs. Bought it last May for $900+ Runs perfectly. No problems at all. Has no more then 50 hrs of work on it. Still has warranty for one more year. Same thing, 3 in 1 I have the bag and mulch clip. (no chute). all other specs are under mower 1.
Paid: $900+
Selling for: $500.00
All these mowers are awesome, however I bought one of those big walkbehind mowers and it easily does the work of those 3 mowers so I have no need for them. I have no Idea what Kind of response I'll get here, but it's worth a shot. I do have all the owners manuals and bills
