That's an early Passat cluster with teh analog odometer. It it was from a rado it woudl say "Corrado" on it.

Well if it's from a Corrado, it's definitively not from a VR6 since the fuel capacity on the one on the pic is 55L, VR6 = 70L. Maybe comming from early G-60 (90-91)
