Hey ppl, i need help, i want a digital camera, i know the 3.1 megapixels is the best but also expensive, i'm willing to pay around 300 - 400$. Can you help me out on which ones are good or not........

The best is a 5.1 megapixels from Olypus i beleive, only 2000$ ... US$ mind you! 
the best overall, most bang for you buck digital camera that i know right now is the fuji finepix 2600, but it's 500$ for a 2 megapixels.

You might want to check out the Canon powershot series, they're also pretty good.
