cam gear question(2002 accord)

whats the best degree setting for a 4 cyl manuel 02 accord.
i have it at 2 degrees +,but i heard its best at 4 degrees +.
does anyone know what degree is best for my car.....thanks.
 
4+ wiill give a lower range on torque band at the cost of top end power but better off line driveability
