looking for a site/thread that gives duration of camshaft on vtec engines (b16,b18,k20...) and other usefull specs of honda heads

maybe im blind or i didnt see any duration or info on these heads ?
maybe i know that usually sticky thread contains a lot of info but this one has none of the one im looking for
 
there is only 1 duration , what's the duration of a civic type-r cam on low lobe and on high lobe ? what's the lift on low lobe and high lobe ?
What im looking for is how vtec affect duration/lift , head combustion chamber displacement , valve lift timing etc etc
