SiR Exhaust Cam Gear

Anyone know what the optimum degree for the exhaust cam on a 2000 SiR b16a2 is for aftermarket Cam Gears?
I've heard 2 degrees retarded, but with minimal gains.

i need a quick answer

it depends on your car, and what you determine as "optimum"

if i were you i would just go for the -2 degrees for now, and then get an Apexi VAFC and go get it tuned somewhere

to tell you the truth, if your looking at getting big power from cam gears (more then "minimal gains") then you made a wrong turn somewhere

Gotta tune it on a dyno, there is no other way.
