Taking off some kms from the vr...

so my VR6 has around 215 000 km on her, and I wanted to know what kind of things could be done, to "take off" some kms from the engine and make her feel alittle younger.

I thought about Porting and polishing, but i have no idea if it's actually worth it (rejuvenation,money, time and even engine gains), so... what other things can u guys suggest me?

i've seen that done on many cars... doesn't work toow ell though
