Autotech Suspension?

Anyone heard or know anything about their Clubsport setup? It's a shock and spring package for $500 US, free shipping to US (I'd go pick it up), 2" drop, and limited lifetime warranty.

So far, it's one of the better deals I've seen, but I have not begun calling local sources. Since I know you guys roam this board, was hoping to get an idea if you had anything that compares favorably to this. From other posts I've gathered the usual suspects (H&R, Bilstein, Neuspeed...) but, correct me if I'm wrong, the total package prices all seem to exceed $1000...

it's the same thing... the only difference is the spring rate ( little stiffer)...

i bought a vr6 kit because it is easier to sell the a 2.slow kit

and i don't know if it's fare to compare h&r and autotech regarding suspension tuning...

anyways good luck in your research :bigup:

oh, so you have a 2.slow as well? how stiff is "a little stiffer"... :D
 
I bought the kit a few weeks ago, and will be installing it on my 2liter within the next few weeks, and i can take some pics and give you some feedback, not too many people have heard of or used it but the ones that have, told me only amazing thigns about it :bigup: Can't wait!

Awesome! That would be great! Did you get the free shipping too? I know they have it for the US, but I was wondering if they extended that to Canada too?

I'm honestly not sure, my dad has a garage (Heinz Garage) and i just paid him the amount for the kit and he had it shipped to his garage...but i can find out if you want how much the shipping etc. was

Where can I find the kit? I need some new springs and don't mind give them a try... paid lots of duty/tax?

Thanks! Once you mount them, it would be great to hear what you think... What I'll probably do is just order them up and have them shipped to the US and go pick them up... For $500 UDS shipped, I have not found another package that comes even close in terms of price! And Autotech usually really knows their stuff... We'll see I guess!

Yeah im excited to see what kinda drop its going to give and mainly the handling and ride quality, i heard that nothing can compare to this kit in those areas, just hope the drop is noticable and gets rid of my wheelgap ( *byewhore* to the 4X4 look *banghead* )

Hopefully i can go in next weekend and put it on depending on if the driveway is clear to bring my car back up from the basement, so should know soon enough
