Eurospec cams for the 12v VR6

There's a deal on these cams, with a GIAC chip, and I just wanted to know if any of you have had some experience with these cams? The package costs 475 US$ - is it worth it?

What other things would i need to change to use these cams? Are new valve spring really necessary?

no one knows anything about these cams? Its seems like a great deal, seeing that Cat cams (considered good and not very expensive) go for ~400-500$ alone...
