Who was on the 40 West around 5pmish. Next time you feel like cutting someone off atleast do it at a safe distance. You are lucky the guy behind me was someone I knew and when I slammed the brakes on he didn't hit me because you almost did. Next time I won't slam the brakes on and almost cause an accident because you feel like driving like a toad. Also for someone who cuts people off like an idiot. You sure didn't keep up to long *tear tear*
