Wiper Blade Insert Replacements

Does any one know where I could find just the inserts for the Stock Bosch wiper blades on my VW?

Since the metel frame looks okay, I was thinking of just replacing the rubber blade, but I have tried a few places and they only carry the whole wiper...

Edit: and does anyone know what the rubber insterts might cost? :dunno:
