Besoin de Soudeur / Need Welder

I just need someone to weld an exhaust tip to my exhaust. Something REALLY simple, just cut out a piece of tubing, and replace it with the tip. Only one little problem : the tip is 2 1/4" and exhaust is in 2 1/2"...

Can anyone help me? If not, where could I do it?

i can weld it but u need a pipe expander to get a proper fit or a cone shape steel chunk but if u can find a place where i can use their mig i would do it for free
