Guessing it's for your EG so it's a hatch. Depending on years most are pre-drilled and only need to remove the rubber grommet and proper bolts for boltin up. My friend 92 cx had them but my friend 95 coupe/hatch (check 2 cars) did not. If the holes don't line up then you gotta tap and make new ones but for the price I don't really think it's worth it unless you get a really good deal on the bar or want it to match a rear itr bar.
for $100 i think its decent to pick one up... that is provided you are getting it for performance and not to be unique or for the looks! everyone and their mother has a type R strut bar, but at least it does the job
