Anyone really into the Moto GP at all??? I don't think I've heard ONE single thing about it ever in this section... :dunno:

I'm a huge Valentino Rossi fan, iv mentioned it a few times and always thought I was the only person into it!
 
I watched every race this year so far, Rossi owned, and it's not because of the bike, it's pure skills.
 
dunno, its always only 3 guys battling, or even rossi 1st for the whole race then two others battling for 2nd :(
 
at least Moto Gp doesn't turn into a 2 minute+ lead. Right now there's so many great riders in it just Rossi is one of the best drivers ever maybe even the best!
 
I watch it everytime I can. I love it... Always loads of action. Much better than any car race (except rallies).
 
if rossi gets a bad start, there's some action for the first 10-15 laps until he manages to get in front, then its over. He pulls away, 5-10 second lead sometimes, and he keeps it until the end. *frustrate

i like seeing nicky hayden come up the ranks though..... too bad he can't keep his own until the end of the race. If he can just concentrate and not push it too hard in and out of the corners, he might not finish every race in the sandpit.

The battles are for places 5 through 2..... that's where the real show is most of the time

that's only cause Rossi know how to win!

a good "winner" always try to win at the slowest pace possible!

and that's what he does!

He follow the leader until the 4-5 last lap until he decide to pass him! after he incresed the pace a bit to be sure not to be pushed to hard!

It have a lot of advantages!
If the leader cannot make a more than 1-2sec lead on the follower the spectacle is way better for the viewer, which leads to appreciation and wanting to view the other races!:D

Rossi is the undisputed King of MotoGP, but all other rider do excellent race and give a good show with really nice passing(sometimes pretty hardcore :p )

Melandri have a great talent too(when he doesn't fall at every race ;) like last year)
 
I was gonna make it in my first post...how much I HATE Rossi...as outstanding of a rider as he is...and he's so pushy and will just do wtv it takes to win... he still bugs the shit outta me..I can't like the guy who murders everyone else...Shumi and Rossi...bleh Assen was a good race though...
 
not often is he first the whole race...lately its him toying with everyone until the last 3 laps....then he boots it and its over...nobody can keep up

At least Rossi has charism unlike Shumacher.

I'm almost never following it! Just for reference, in the same corner, what's the speed of a bike vs. F1 ??

:cry: How can you hate Rossi!!! This guy has to have the biggest sense of humor winning or loosing. I have so much respect for the guy after what he did to Honda. They though it was all the bike and Rossi proved them all wrong going to Yamaha. Still a classic moment when he tied up that blow up doll to his bike to diss Biagi :D

I donno about that one, a Moto Gp bike can reach 320kph+. I'm thinking it would have better accle but the F1 cars have way better traction into the turns. If it was a one on one race I think the F1 car would win.
 
He's a nut...a shitdisturber... the BEST rider ever and he's got balls...I respect him...but I dislike him tremendously

lol true, just i'm happy whenever he beats that tight ass Biagi. I herd rumors that Rossi might end up going to F1 for Ferrari :dunno: if he does I really hope Hayden will pick it up. Anyone but Biagi! :p
