THEY'RE SERVICE SUCKS , THEIR PRICES ARE SKY HIGH AND I HATE THEM :zie:

everytime you need/want something , they NEVER have it wich means they have to order it , when they order it they always say it takes 2 - 3 business days max 4.

its been a ****in week im waiting for a ****in tank pad , and guess what they tell me its not gonna be there until end of next one , is it on back order : NO !

SO WHY THE **** do they always give you a maximum delay and then take 3 times that time... SERVICE IS BULLSHIT... NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE...

When I was planing on purchasing a bike , I went to see what price they will offer , the guy went down 100$ on the bike ... compare to motonewman who went 1000$ down...

I will never buy from Moto Internationnal... I'm sure the salesman there would recognize me so the sales manager...

Nice story to read:

Back in april, I decided to purchase a GSX-R750 and when I had went to a few dealers, we would buy all our bikes at the same dealer and deal everything at the same place. Decided that I would go to Moto Internationnal, Moto Laval & Claude Ste-Marie to see the pricing and the relationship I would have with my salesman...

First stop was at Moto Internationnal... The salesman is with somebody, he says to his customer "One moment" he asked me "Are you looking for something?", I answer "Yes, I want to purchase a GSX-R750", he told me "You have all three colors here"... I said "I know the color I want, what can you do on the bike?" ... He answers me "The price is 12999$ (Retail price)..."... I then say "Well, it's the retail price, what's the best you can do on the bike?", he answers "I'm not giving you my best price, did you went to other places" and I answered "No", he says "I don't give a price if you haven't gone to other places!!!!!!!!!!!" I then say "If that's the way you're doing business, beating other pricing and not giving any prices bye bye", the sales manager joins the discussion and tells me "Why we do that, we want you to buy here so go see other prices and we'll beat it"... I then answered "It's too easy to beat a price when another salesman will have do his best to serve me"... We argued a few minutes and I said "I understand that's the way your doing business, I will buy somewhere else" and then I left... They are "hookers" in my book, they would beat somebody by 100$ if you go there last, too easy and unfair for other dealers, period. They will *NEVER* *EVER* see me again there and I will NEVER-EVER recommend them. And the nice part, we ended up signing for 2 GSX-R750, 1 Bandit 650 and 1 SV1000 at Claude Ste-Marie with two different salesman though. We wanted to go there (Moto Inter) and tell them they were stupid to not give pricing other than MSRP if you haven't went somewhere else but we decided not too, not worth it. I may send this e-mail to them though, but they don't really seem to care about their customers, my 2 cents only,

Also, publicity like that is not good since now, everybody know at least our story!

some of my friends who bought things from moto international were VERY unhappy with the service and the attitude of most sales reps... therefore we all rather go to a smaller place, besides its not only about the pricing , i dont really care about a couple of extra bucks here and there its just the overall customer's experience sucks at motointernational , and i strongly doubt any one returns

Been there quite a few times for my motocross and they always gave me a great service.

Maybe they don't like you because you are cocky? :dunno:

COOLSly: you should have say: 10500$ :D

He asked me "How much you wanna pay", I said "10,000$", he told me "Come on, be serious", I answered back "Be serious also and give me the price you can do", that's when the sales manager came in...!

I've had many many bikes over the years and bought a used Suzuki Gs1150EF befire the GSXR's were out....they sold me a lemon, had it worked on about 30 times, sold it and lost $4200.00 due to all the additional repairs incured in the same year....Bike got me stranded in Toronto, had to take the bus home....
How do i know it was a lemon you ask....
Later in time i dated the sales girl who sold it to me and she confessed that the shop was aware the it was a piece of shit.....but wanted to unload it anyway, being a kid a t the time, i got sucked in.....
They have NO scrupples ......Worst shop I've been to in 20 years.....
My 2 cents....

well they can't go under 10 500$ supposely!

Hmmm, I have some doubt on the 10,500$ ... Maybe at the end of the season to sell the last one they still have but with the rebates that the dealer can have, a GSX-R750 05 is dealer cost 10808$. Paid mine 11400$ and at the Suzuki day, a guy decided to ask a few person how much they paid and the lowest one was 11300$ + 100$ prep. fee's, same thing I paid (11400$ prep. in) and had a DVD player and a backpack from Suzuki and a track day :) Oh, and I had a progrip tank pad for free lolll whoooouuu! :p

exactly but some got their at 10500!

I've paid mine 11200$ and the dealer have tuned mine(5hour of preparation)

preparation shouldn't be putting the batterie in, 4L of gas, and kicking the bike out of the shop

i bought parts there
called in the 4th day (since it was supposed to be a call back in 3 days from them)

OH YES WE HAVE YOUR PARTS!

OH YES!!! WELL WTF WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME TO SAY YOU HAVE MY DAMN PARTS DUMB ASS!!!!!

A 05 for 10500$? Seen 2004 at the beginning of 2005 selling for 10500 but haven't seen any at 10500$ for a 05. You sure on that?

Moto Inter bites the big one. Went looking for a 2005 cbr600rr & the man tried to pull the same have u been to any other shops? I told him that they were my first stop. They tried to pull the same thing & they told me that when I get the best price to go back there & they would beat it cause there is no way anyone can beat them cause they're the biggest...........yada..........yada.............yada. So I told him to give me a price for it so he gave me the MSRP. I told him now give me your best price in which with some hesitance he knocked a few hundred off. I told him thanks & he then responded as I was leaving that if I get a better deal to go back & see him so I told him that why the **** would I would go back & see him if the next place I go to gives me a better price then his. He says cause he can probably beat it so I told him that they have nothing better to do then to waste peoples time etc. while all the people that were there were looking etc. One of the sales reps said I was being rude in French to some other customers so I decided to show them how rude I can be & repeated my story alot louder so that everyone can hear it. They were not happy. I was never gonna buy my bike there anyway because I know how their service sucks first hand. A buddy of mine was the head mechanic there for a few years & he told me never to take my bike there nor try & buy a bike there cause they are full of shit. He was telling me this while he was working there not afterwards due to a grudge or anything. Have any of you guys asked them why they don't sell Kawasakis there? Funny story about that...

back in 92 i bought a used 1990 gsx-r 750 went to pick it up they sold it so they gave me a new 750 no miles on it i got the bonus but still they sold a bike that was paid for. ASSHOLES
