:dunno:

u got only 2 snsor or 3 on 4 on ur altenator, then when ur stop, its only battery that fill ur engine.
Fact alternator dosent make the job battery is always low and dont give u enough energy when ur not moving.. i add taht probl whit my acura teg 91....

could be some else but try that,, later!

i didnt understand your reply because you cant seem to write properly but i think

If the altenator wasnt charging proporly then it's be stalling more than anything..

Idle and braking are diffrent problems.. the idle would be the oxygen sensor, but i'm not advanced on brake systems so i cant really help you out there.. maybe there's just air in the lines?

Air in the lines wouldn't make the engine rotate faster.

Most likely be a vaccum issue.

OR

It's not when you brake, it's when you get in neutral (idle).
That would be maybe your EGR valve that is clogged, or, again, vaccum.
*not sure* Could also be your PCV valve that is clogged.

Check your vaccums around your throttle body, make sure everything is clear and not clogged.

Clean your throttle body at the same time and PCV valve.. ;)

Thanks everyone, but the problem rwally is when I'm hitting the brakes and holding 'em on a stop or on a traffic light, seems like my brake fluid pump's gives big problem to my motor, is the pumps f.uc.k.e.d up??? :dunno:

probably the best to try finding out how much the whole braking system costs, at that point i'd replace the whole damn system to make sure they dont fail.

Actually, it might be a vaccum problem...but no abs problem cause I don't have it. For the replacing matter, it might not be a bad idea...what would anyone suggest for a mazda protege 2nd gen... Thanks:dunno:
