the new cobalt ss comes stock with one. ask your chevy dealer

See quaife's web site, they have one for the getrag (I have it), its around 2000$ and very hard to get !! Installation, well you have to remove the tranny from the car and take it apart to replace the stock differential.

Taking apart manual trannys are easy

You just have to watch out for little ball bearings and the syncro lock keys
