Need help ... Carburetors adjustement

Ok , i know SHIT bout carbs ... and i need to adjust one on my car
the carb has a float and it's 2 barrel i think ... so how do you adjust this ?
anyone got tips ? searched on how stuff works but didn't found enough info
 
it would help it you told us what brand Mikuni,Webber, Solex, and what type down-draft/side draft, and it if off a bike or a car. I assume it not a car since g20s were never carbed
 
it his a car , the carb is a hitashi from what i have read ...
it's a downdraft
and it's 4 cylinder
and it's drinking a 600ml bottle of gas REALLY fast
