Any tips to find out where is my got damn exhaust leak ??

I think it is at the junction between the header and the downpipe
but I'm not 100 % sure

I'm almost dying when I drive my rig if I don't take off the top

Any tips how to find out ?

I don'T wanna go in an exhaust shop cuz they will wanna repair it and I don't have $$ to spend on it

Thanks for helping *tu*

if its lifted, it should be easier to find out i would think :D

seriously, are you able to go under the car?
number one, check the flex pipe. thats usually the #1 spot.
if not, then it could be a gasket somewhere that just needs to be replaced
if there's a hole, you'd know it when you're under the truck

My truck has a 6'' lift and is on 31 tires, there are no problems at all for goin' under

I have NO flex pipe since I have a Header, a downpipe bolted to it and then i pipe with a muffler and a 3'' tip ( rice... I know ) at the end

Well, A gasket somewhere, can you be more precise than that ???

Exhaust MAnifold gasket ? I don'T think so since the truck don't scream

cold engine cold exhaust put restriction on your tails pipe and go with water-soap solution....

^^ what he said..
just make sure not to do it for too long lol

there should be a gasked betweent the header and downpipe, after the flexpipe to catylitic converter, from the cat to the line back, then from the end of the line to the muffler line

of course not all exhausts are the same but its the same concept, wherever its bolted together, you better have a gasket there
