Weird tranny problem need help asap

hey as the title says i've got a faq'd problem with my tranny
on monady the hydraulic line blew, while i was under i noticed that my slave cylinder was faq'd as well

so replaced the line and slave cylinder

was able to bleed the clutch fine, doesn't seem to be air in the line

no leaks that i can see, checked the brake fluid in bottle no air bubble

checked the slave cylinder no leaks around there eiter

clutch still feels like full of air, but able to bleed no problem

the slyave cylinder is not moving either when depressing the clutch

not sure what it can be
