golf 1.8 sc50turbo

hier soir un ancien ami a moi ma donner une ride de son golf 94 avec un set up turbo
le set up consistais dun 1.8T 2003 avec un precision sc50 turbo,atp manifold(je suis pas certain de la marque)38mm tial,3 downpipe,exhaust,lsd,ecu avec datalogging tuner au wideband..jen passe en tk je suis un gars dhonda pis jvous dit que jai bien aimer mon experience il boostais 13 lbs le set up
il etais sur les 17pouces pis cetais bien agreable tk jtenais juste a dire que c bien un volk turbo !!les interne dun 1.8t stock sont til tuff???
le set up a été monter par bcf a st hyacinthe

Stock AWP internals will take ~450 whp.

The AMU will take significantly more.

I wouldn't expect to see 300,xxx kms with a setup like that. 450 whp is the breaking point of the rods.

That was 320 whp and 100 shot of nitrous. 100% stock internals.

Les 1.8T sont solide . Mais passer 350whp je changerais les rods ce qui est le point faible de ces moteurs .

this is some serious damage man. why are people nitrous on 1.8T, this is useless to me. The engine gets used to run 320whp and then you add an extra 100 (part time only). now tell me how the hell this is possible to break in...

1.8T are beasts....

I just checked my compression last night:

195 psi on all my 4 cylinders with 100 000km.

His best time is 11.83 in a MK4 GTI. This is a car that goes to the track at least twice a week, every week.
