Forget about labor, just the lines itself. Somebody told me I can buy flexible metal lines for approx 10$ + connectors for each ends. Somebody can confirm this? Or do I need to buy one from the stealer that is already bent?

depends on how good you are at bending brake line you should use a tool
(yes you could use a bottle....wtv to do it the ghetto way but ...:dunno: ) youll need the fittings and a tool to flare it all. It is a serious pain in the ass to do I will admit but you can do it, not to mention you have to remove the old fittings which at most times have been in the car since the car was made meaning they love to strip. as for people's trick of using the old lines and putting on a compression fitting, it is dangerous,it gives you twice the work when the line finaly does need to be changed. anyways to make a long story short quebec mecanics do not always impress me with their ways of "fixing|" problems.*banghead*
