How to change MKII thermostat??!

Can someone give me specific detail on changing a MKII 1,8L 8 Valve thermostat?? I need to change it but not to sure how to... Do you have a web site with picture of something??

i would suggest to change the waterpump as well.
you are there and get yourself some peace of mind.
those bolts could be a bitch to remove
