i just got in from slamming my girl into a curb and (i think) bending my shock tower and who else knows what. shes sitting in the middle of the street right now. i dont have the cash for a tow truck and so now im risking a ticket of 42$.
i dont have the cash to fix her either if i even can get her to the shop. So i guess within the next few days i might be parting her out. shes got some oldschool styling parts. im just totally bummed. it sucks being a kid with no money.

Dude,If I wasn't on the west island id come and give you a hand.Im sure shes savable.

dude,call yards and ask for second gen vw's all the parts are usable,same goes for some mark 3's.So its not dead yet,are you sure your shock tower is bent ??

If you do part it out ( jesus save it ) wat do you have on er ?

Cheers.
Good luck.

dude if you need some parts I have a mostly complete mk2 shell with still good front suspension its going to scrap very soon but if you can use some stuff tell me and Ill make you a wicked deal. trust me if its going to scrap. Ive been in your situation before and had soem people to help me out.

shock tower being bent is the most logical thing. the front drivers side wheel has been pushed back and is rammed right into the wheel well. when i push the gas she doesn't budge she just lifts up in the front because of the wheel trying to move. i love this car so much. i had visions of still having it when i was 80. i really hope i can save her. maybe someone can fix her for my christmas present.

it could just be your table that snapped cuz if u bent the shock tower it must of hit freaking hard ,so im thinking its your table and tie rods thats and easy fix so dont get discouraged *tu*

most prolly you ripped the lower table or even just bent it, they aren't the strongest things in the world.if its the table or even lower subframe I might be able to help you out. Want my personal advice get a roadside assistance with your car from your insurance ,cellphone wtv itsnot as expensive as it sounds and it saves your ass when you need it. Pm me if you want anything and well discuss

Update

UPDATE: the car has been safely moved to my driveway. it took a tow cord wrapped through the wheel that had been slammed back and my brothers GTI but shes home. but tomorrow i have th chalenge of driving her at 10km/h to my mechanic. when she is there and up on the lift i will take pics to post. thanks for the support everybody. i know if i drove a honda i would never get this kind of help.

IF you need eny parts no oen has,give me a heads up all look around and tell you.

Hope to see this one back on the road again.

Edit;

PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE IT.Allready we have an accidneted dub,the last thing we want is a dubber in the news paper.
