some North America TDIs are 90hp and 110hp.
90hp > .184 injectors
110hp > 0.205 injectors
150hp > .216 injectors
Now the injectors are interchangeable between the 90, 110, and 150hp engine from the 5 cylinder multivan.
so you get some .216 injectors and there you go, you're rocking 150hp. In order to keep up with the load, you will need a bigger fuel pump. and a vag-com to fine tune it.
some guy on MR has a setup, 180hp and 360lb/ft. running on veggy oil.
your shopping list to achieve his performance is as follow:
- rocketchip stage 3
- fuel pump (not sure which one)
- .216 injectors
- rosstech vag-com
as for clutches, you could use any clutch that fits on a VR6
