Neat product you can easily make yourself.

...wondering if it actually makes a difference.

Good idea.. although it could be done with a dryer exhaust vent for much cheaper.. I wonder how much of a diff it actually makes..

I saw someone with this at waterfest 2 years ago... I guess autotech decided to sell it... make some scrizz.

Unfortunatly they don't post the intake temps :p
 
yes it help a bit, cuz it keep's the small intercooler a bit cooler that normal, Because in the back of the intercooler, it's hot air, so if you make a hole the hot air goes out, and it also create a better air circulation. Don't think that you will gain HP, but for shure that it help.

what you said contradicts yourself. If it cools better then it will make more hp.

Yeah, all you have to do is place one of those vents in the middle of the radiator.

You are not going to gain any hp, but you are going to lose less due to heat soak. Home Depot Motorsports makes a much cheaper alternative.
