Off the top of my head, the UI is easier to navigate, an abundance of of different features and options, much easier to private message users and the board itself is visually better looking! On the down side, post count, doesn't count upwards on each post, rather it always posts what your currently at. It aint that bad though.
I also like the 'search' feature, better then the one ezboard had, that never worked. The calendar is pretty cool, keeps records of everyones birthdays, and we can add private events to it too, such as monthly meets/car shows... etc. And in the 'members' tab/button, you can list all members, and get top 10 posters and stuff, great to see who the postwhore of the month is!
