Help!, Clutch problem.

(I posted this in general as well)

Alright so it's a nice thursday morning, I start my car, let go off the clutch and boom, stall the car.... I'm like ..huh?...2nd time and 3rd time as well....
I realized something felt really different...it was very loose as if the spring of the clutch didn't exist anymore....
I'd say the friction point was about 2 inches (from the moment I step on the clutch till I let go off it)..today, it must have been like 1/2 inch....meaning as soon as I move my foot from the clutch the slightest bit bit, I gotta step on gas not to stall it....
what's going on?..do you guys think my clutch is finished?.. or the spring is gone? how is it possible when I didn't feel anything yesterday? (The change was very sudden today)
please advice/help guys.

Cable or Hydro?

If its a cable, its probably needs an adjustment..

Hydro, maybe a cylinder problem, most likely to be a leak..

Well I believe it's hydro... (it's a 94 accord)... I asked a few guys at different garages and they told me all sorts of bullsh*t...
:" oh yeah to have that fixed..it can be around 700$" and I was thinking what the heck did you smoke..lol.

I don't think the clutch is finished cuz it never slipped *knock on wood*........ I do think as accordman said, it's either the cable (if it is) or the hydraulics....
So my poor baby's sitting in the parking, not being able to move..and I gotta call a towing truck to have it towed to this one garage who actually gave me a reasonable explanation ..

I got the same symptoms, It turned out in my case to be an ajustment. I had to push allllllll the way down to engage the clutch, and as soon as i let go of it, my friction point would be so low and it would stall right away. Same feeling to, like there was no spring pushing back the pedal.

on 94 accords, there all cables. Sounds to me like you snapped the cable. its a cheap repair, nothing major.

Dude, you don' tknow how good that makes me feel the 'nothing major, cheap repair' part.......LOL
Man however I have to have my car towed to the garage though..that sucks.. oh well.......
