who can unlock a european phone?

i'm looking for someone who can unlock a GSM phone from europe. reply or pm, whichever you prefer.

i don't know yet, im going to europe next month and i wanted to know beforehand if there is anyone here who can unlock a european GSM phone. i don't really know what kind of phones they sell, im just planning on bringing back two or three and I wanted to make sure that I can get them unlocked here instead of over there.

Most GSM are able to unlock and use it worldwide.
North American use 850 and 1900...make sure your phone has at least one of these 2 band.
