shocks and springs: advice

I am ready to put on a set of KYB shocks and neuspeed springs on my prelude, but the thing I am afraid is the car is too low to roll on the street...

can i just take the shocks without the springs?

any advice?
 
you can change the shocks oinly but you'll still be at the stock height just stiffer response - depends what you are looking to get - give more info ?
 
Which KYB shocks? Which Neuspeed springs? Size of wheels? etc. Need more info sir. ;)
