Update: VW Arbour was going to pick up the car to give them an estimate. The garage that took the car claimed it was a total loss so now La Capitale is going to send them an evaluator... The thing is, this morning the lady on the phone said that because the air bags blew, it's 98% sure that' it's a total loss. Now, I hear the opposite of that... I can't take this anticipation 
I guess this is where I write my story...
I'm leaving Hookah Lounge at around 12:55AM like I usually do. I get in my car which is parked on Berri. I drive down Berri, again as always. I take a right on Viger heading to the 720.
I'm rolling as usual, almost as a routine, catching the greens by going about 40 until I can get to the 720. One light before the entrance to the Ville Marie (which, by the way, is closed for "repairs" as usual), me and a car to the left lane were rolling. The light turned green as usual while I was doing my 40KM/H. Literally out of no where some Grand Am drives right infront of my way, quick enough for the car on the right of me was able to pass through.
My air bags popped and her car flew, basically... all within half a second.
I get out to see if they're OK, she's yelling like a psycho path at her friend who seemed to be drunk. By the way, they were both young and hot heading to a club, which means that they were listening to their techno getting pumped and had no idea what they were doing. She seemed almost 100% sure that Viger was a two way and she was turning left. What really happened and both me and the police tried to explain was that she came off the highway and took Rue Sanguinet and burned the red.
Anyways... The cops showed, I was freezing for the first time in awhile, he loved my wheels and couldn't stop talking about them. We spoke about VWs and .:R32's. I think he mentioned Eric's .:R. So we'll see what happens...
If the other person is at fault, is my insurance effected next year?
The front end was damaged pretty bad but I think it's repairable... I'm going to go see it tomorrow, we'll see what happens. All I hope is that my front wasn't touched... Her car is pretty high and mine's pretty low, so hopefully that helped out.
