Hey guys, I was hoping I could get your technical opinions. Ok here goes..........I have gen2 integra with neuspeed coils on it, but I don't find it low enough. Should I cut off the first coil? I've heard that the 1st coil is a dead coil, is this true?

man cutting is not good and you will not get that much on just one coil. You just do not want to end up bounceing everywhere
...

I'm not worried about the bouncing, I'm just affraid of bottoming out everywhere. I think chopping off the first coil, it will lower ma at least another inch.

with neuspped spring cutting the first coil is not a problem I ve done it on my last teg and the ride was OK not incredible but OK ... I have stock shocks too ...

Why not sell them and buy new ones that are shorter with the money or even adjustables so you can change them again if you like it lower!

I have tokico blue (POS shocks) with cut H&R Sport springs. I bought them from Shane54 and the ride is all right. I mean, its not agressive like a race spring but u got the "race" look.

It's been over 6 months since ive put them on and trouble free so far.

Edit: SiRSleeper's got a point.
