MK3 touch up kit

A friend of mine just purchased a jetta MK3. It was actually the one that belonged to "Zokez"...

He wants to touch up some stone chips here and there so my question is what is the best way to get our hands on a touch up kit???

besides the actual paint is there any way to get the little eyedropper? that would make things easier...

use a small paint brush (ones for model cars) or go to Ct and buy a lil jar of touch-up paint
