hi i just got my first car today. its a 1990 jetta with a 2l 8v from a 97. well the guy who sold me the car told me that apparently the car had a nospeed, oups i mean neuspeed chip. but he wasnt sure and he never cheked. how can i check?

take out the ecu and see inside

si ton cutt off est a plus de 6500 rpm ya des grosse chance ke se soit vrai

Exactly check your cut off, top speed or ecu.
