VW Jetta 1.8T

Hey guys..I'm looking into buying the Jetta 1.8T..But first i wanted to ask around..

Well..Just the basics..

Does the car *In General* have alot of problems?

Any Recalls or what so ever on it?

Is it worth buying?

Is it going to last me long? Or will it die on me?

I think thats it for now..But those are pretty big questions...If anything else..Ill add

1.8ts are good motors ...ive had mine for 10 months almost and havent had any problemes with the engine yet ...all i had to change was the slave cylinder ...hatch locks ...window regulaters ,,,the car had 1 recall ( sumthing to do with the brake lights when u press the brake peddle) but its on warrenty so i dont pay for any repairs .... the timing belt and water pump should be changed between 90 000 -120 000 km depending how it stands up .... they have a few chips for it which give a nice hp and trq increase, get a exhaust and cold air intake and a diverter valve

keep some extra coilpacks handy....
