damage on a 2002 cord

I got a couple deep scratches on my front bumper, how much would it cost to repaint it the stock blackblue color?

also

i parked my car near my school a few weeks ago and when i came back there was a badass dent (like the size of my head) on my left rear door. I banged on it abit and it poped out and is now seen as two noticable dents in the metal. Is there a way to hammer the damage out without changing the whole pannel. If so how much do you guys think it should cost.

Did you try taking the door panel off, and pushing the bump from the inside?
