valve clearance? bend valve?

ok so here it goes. i install my jg301 cams today, and i want to know what valve clearance i should run. if i adjust them to .007" like honda recomend, the crank don't turn(with a ratchet, not starter) when i look at the valve spring, they are fully compress.
it apen just on the exhaust side. i know i have to loosen the clearance, i just want advise from the pros who may have did.

ok j'ai installé les cams hier pi la j'ai verifié mon timing pi tout est bien enligné sauf que le moteur shake en sal pi y veux judte étoufé. j'ai besoin de savoir a quoi je doit les ajustés pour ne pas rien brisé. avant de l'en voyé testé voir si j'ai pas crochi uune valves ou des valves....:mad: :mad: :mad:
 
non on dirais qu'il a le parkinson!

je sais que si j'ajuste les valves comme il faut, ca peux reglé le probleme. tk, j'espere!!
 
dsl ben, pas de cam gear.

il es assez rough merci!!! pire qu'un harley. de qui y venais deja les cams, je pourrais y en parlé pm moi svp
 
ce speedbro, qui me les a vendu ensuite ja i vendu a nic mais bon y ma dit sans cam gear ce ruff idle tres ruff idle..... ca tire tu au moins ??
 
timing stock. je vais parlé avec speed bro avant de l'essayé comme il faut pi je vous tien au courant.
 
ok i've take the compression and it go like that.

1- 180psi
2- 155psi
3- 185psi
4- 200psi

according ti my haynes manual it should have:
standard 199psi
minimum 135 psi
maximum between dulinders 28

all cylinders are in specs excep for the #2 that is 45 psi down the #4

my engine ran not bad at fast idle but really sound like a dragster on 750 rpm.

what the pros saids about my engine? did i have bent valve or is it ok??
 
Did you notice some extra valve noise and idle harshness?

Edit: You'll be able to tell if you have bent valves. The car would shake/vibrate/rumble like crazy!

it does but it go away from 2000rpm.

i have .0016 inch valve clearance on the exhaust cam because i cant find the corect spec for them. if i put the.0007inch that honda recomend, the camshaft stop on the rocker and the valva sprind look fully compresse. the engine turn freely(with ratchet) when i put .0016 inch . have you put this kind of regrind cams before?
 
j ai parlé a speedbro ce soir et il ma dit qui avait eu de la misere a ajuster ca pis ca lui avait prit des cam gears ....
