Hi, I'm looking for a Jetta diesel, standard shift preffered.

I'd like a late eighties, early nineties (MarkII I believe?) something fit enough for a 3,000Km journey, without too much work.

Thanks for the tips!

Still got the Caprice. I'm going on a 5000Km + roadtrip. I calculated tht the difference in fuel used is more than enough reason to look for a diesel. Gotta love big old American cars, huh?
