temps de delay pour contestation?

tu as 30 jours pour envoyer ton plaidoyer de non coupable, et normalement tu auras ta date de parution en cours dans un peu plus d'un an...dans mon cas a mois ca l'a prit 13 ou 14 mois y me semble.
 
ah kk pis c tu dememe pour pomale tout le monde, parceque jai dejas ponger un ticket de la smt pis sa la pris sa environ un ans
 
Allez, svp, conte nous ta belle histoire de "les policiers ont rien de mieux à faire que de me donner un ticket".

Juste pour voir de quoi on parle...histoire de rire peut-être, qui sait!

30 jours pour envoyer le plaidoyer. Sinons apres ce delais c'est variable en maudit.
Passé 30 jours tu peu etre déclaré coupable par default.
Ils ne sont pas abligé d'envoyer de rappel, de date de court ou autre si tu n'envoye pas de plaidoyé.
Le laisser trainer dans le tirroir = frais a coup sur.

lol you'll actually have more then a year...the court date is usually 1 or 2 months later....plus you can postpone it....in total you're probably looking at a year and a half...

I have seen a case ( my girl friend ) for speeding.
Date of tickets September 2006.
Pleaded not guilty
Asked for Divulagtion de la preuve. Court date was fixed for Feb 2007.
She called the procureur. Bargained a deal.
Sent a letter pleading guilty for a reduced offence same day.
She received the bill last week, Payed in full by check right away.
So about 1 yeau and a half
Depends on where you get cought
She now drives like me.!! lol

that's exactly what happened to me...got my ticket in september a few years ago and about 16 months later I had the lawyer (Chaos) lower it for me without having to go to court.
 
when you get the court date you call them and tell them you cant make it on that day, make sure to have a valid reason and of course, backup to prove it...they might just post pone and not ask any questions just as easy as they can find you guilty as soon as you try to postpone...unless you have hard solid backup..
