Got a ticket for tinted windows. Now what??

A friend of mine got pull over and got a ticket for his tinted windows 35% all around, on a white car.

I know that he has to remove the front tint and get it inspected. The question is where does he go to get it inspected?
 
GET THAT SHIT INSPECTED WITHIN THE 48 HOURS OR EXPECT A LARGE TICKET IN THE MAIL 10 MONTHS FROM NOW. W o r d T o T h e W i s e. I think the ticket i got was like 480 or some shit. I had 35% in the front and 20% in the back.

It's 154$ for tints, 1st offense, not 480$.

480$ is failure to submit to an inspection. That means you actually got an inspection, not a fine, and just never went.
