What can i do about all these tickets i got

or maybe if there is a specialist that i can consult

Smells like someone was driving a motorcyle wrecklesly with a learners permit, not accompanied, under the influence and didn't want to cooperate with the sobriety tests....

Get a lawyer.

If you are asked to blow in the machine then you can't refuse it. You can, but you are automatically guilty...

even with a lawyer I don't see how you can explain refusing to do so if you were innocent in the first place. By refusing it you just put yourself in a worse position to defend yourself.

What do you want to exactly know about this?

You said that all is true...so I can't see what you can do more than pleading guilty.

What do you want us to say? What do you want to know again?

If these tickets are legit? If you deserve them?

More precisions please...
 
If the order is given for the alcootest and you refuse do to it, we will accuse you of one more infraction + the infraction of driving under the influence of alcool. Your car/motorcycle will be towed, your permit suspended and you will be given a date to go to court.
 
What do you want to do about it? Looking for a get out of jail free card? No such thing in real life.

Either you pay up and accept the consequences or if you feel you were wronged, then get a lawyer and see what he can do for you. Keep in mind it might not be worth all the money in legal fees.

Probablement le layout du groupe motopropusleur.

Moteur a l'avant, traction = FF, Moteur a l'avant, propulsion = FR and so on.
