Got pulled over again....need some advice

ya again...i thought it was gonna be for my exhaust but it wasnt so no this is not another exhaust thread lol

basically i was leaving work in lasalle. I was going to take the 20 so i was gasing up near Pont Mercier Bowling alley. As i exited the gas station apparently (according to the cop) i wasnt aloud to make a left hand turn.

So he gave me a fine and i went back afterwards to check if i actually couldnt turn. So i looked and there was a sign but not at the entrance/exit i took.

let me explain....its like a mini mall with a gas station. There are 3 exits and the sign saying that i HAD to turn right was in front of the third exit and was clearly identified. I exited from the second exit where there is no sign.

So how am i supposed to prove in court that i exited from the exit with no sign and that the cop was a retard?

Ps. I brought my video camera+digital camera to take some footage and pics on my lunch break today
 
i cannot say your a lucky guy !c la chose la plus bizarre jai jamais entendu a date comme histoire je comprend vraiment pas la raison du ticket . pourkoi qua la sortie 3 ta juste le droit de tourner a droite ? pi le policier yétais ou quand il ta vue tourner ,c peut etre les 3 sortie qui faut que tu tourne a droite seulement aussi chek sa mec .
 
take a few pictures showing exactly what the situation is, I don't think it should be a problem. I've seen in court, a lady fighting a ticket who simply said "there was no sign" and the judge said "works for me, not guilty"

well my guess is that there is only a sign on the last one because (i didnt include it in my drawing lol) there is an intersection at the shell station. so there is a light and you probably cant turn because the line is solid right before a light.

tickets and dumb police officers (not saying theyre all dumb...just the last two that stopped me) are really starting to piss me off...this is the 3rd 154$ fine ive gotten this month.
 
Contest it. If you win you can then say for sure that the police that gave them to you are dumb. If you loose....well you know.
 
no...on top of it, painted on the ashphalt of the entrance/exit there are two arrows;one saying you can enter the other pointing as an exit

T'as autant confiance envers les juges municipaux? Genre ils savent EXACTEMENT c'qui s'est passé?

But if they are close enough, i'm sure the judge will say that the sign was visible from the other exits at all, so they dont need to put up one sign for each exit.

If they are far away from each other and you dont see the sign, well then you shouldn't be getting a ticket.

well i went back just now and there is a clear sign on all three exits a little off to the side...right where there was an 18 wheeler...so i never say the sign because it was being blocked...do i still have a recourse or should i just pay it

Usually i would just pay it but it pisses me off SOOO much that this is the 3rd 154$ ticket i get this month for stupid bullshit

Dude, I know exactly this place, the Shell gas station? If so, you are NOT allowed to turn left, there's a sign that say right turn only. The little arrow with a green circle. That means you can only turn right, + c'est une ligne pleine alors t'es pas supposé traverser une ligne pleine.

So unless you lie to the judge, there is no way you can win this case. Sorry!

EDIT, I just saw your last post, nevermind. Sucks to be you.

what sucks now is you would have to prove the truck was really there blocking your view...
