apprarently my license got suspended.
i never received any notice anything. cops saw me cruising down the street.
well after 15 min they ring my bell and say my licence was suspended and heres your ticket.
they said i had tickets i never paid and my licence got suspended.
i ask how i was suppose to know if i had my licence suspended they responded i just have to know and check my stuff.

You should give us a call at our offices so that we could explain to you the different outcomes to that ticket. Furthermore, you might have a defense to your infraction, which I imagine was driving a vehicule while being under a sanctioned license ( because of your unpaid tickets). Did they seize your car ? Would you want to recuperate it before the thirty day period ?

si tu utilises une voiture dont le permi du proprio est suspendu tu seras personnellement responsable et TU auras le ticket

In this case the car can't even be on the road. Even if the person driving has a valid drivers licence.
If they saw the car on the road they can give a ticket to the owner yes. Could even tow it.

Tu es certain ? mon ami avait un permis suspendue pour ticket non payee et on c'est deja faite arreter par la police dans son vehicule. Ce netait pas lui qui conduissait et on na eu aucun trouble.
