After two years of delays and great planning by me and my lawyer, the judge sided with me and got rid of both tickets, 6 points for street racing, 4 points for endangering lives.
I just want to say i love my lawyer, best 1000$ i ever spent.

guys, ever since i've gotten my GTI i've been keeping an eye out for cops and i've been very careful how i drive, i don't want any tickets ruining it for me. So fast forward to tonight, left my grandmas, was on keller turning right on marcel laurin, get to the light where the tim hortons is, and there was a range rover supercharged right next to me, some young guy with a hot chick, and at the light the sucker takes off, screeching a bit, and i was shocked to see that thing move, so i take off normally knowing full well there are always cops on henri bourrassa, as i was heading downtown, a friend had called me and we were discussing whether to meet in laval or downtown, decided laval, so i put my flasher and turn where the au vieux duluth/nickels is so i could head back towards laval, as i'm turning and heading into the parking lot a cop car comes behind and does his little siren noise and i pull in a spot, he pulls next to me staring, i'm still on the phone, i go
"can i help you"
he goes "you're gonna act like an idiot?"
i said "excuse me?"
he goes " get your license/reg/ins, i ask why?
he said" for street racing"
I asked him how he saw me street racing? he said he heard me screech my tires, where the range screeched the tires there was no cops, i looked around, so he heard it and saw us driving and assumed it was me, i told him that i did not screech my tires and that i was on the phone, he asked me then who did it, i said the range rover took off at the light, why didn't you go after him, then he goes " you just proved to me that you raced by identifying the car, i then asked him to turn around and named off all the cars driving on marcel laurin" he said that it didn't matter and he had proof, then said i put people's lives in danger and i was driving like some young spoiled kid, and that people like me don't deserve cars like this unless they work for it, i then made it clear that i pay my own car, he went in his car, took forever
comes out with two tickets, total 10 points, one 6 pointer for racing another car " written over 80km/h but no radar", and the other 4 pointer for putting people's lives in danger? we were the first cars at the light and it's marcel laurin at night, not too many cars, i then said, if i was speeding so dangerously and you saw me racing, why didn't you take off and chase me? only come after me when i turn into a parking spot, he didn't answer, and says come to court, i told him i'll be glad to see him in court with a lawyer, and while walking away i asked him "when you're with your wife or g/f, and you notice some hot ass walking by, since you noticed her, does that automatically mean you ****ed her? thank you and goodnight, he didn't like that at all.
Guys, 860$ ticket and 10 points, being harrassed by this pig, all this not even ****en real, at least if i was racing, i will keep my phone bill to prove i was on the phone when i got pulled over.
I'm sick of these prick cops, and i really need some help getting out of this, i'm not going to let some prick jealous cop ruin my life
