SPEEDING refusal to show radar

so yeah i was on the 15 last week driving like 125 passed a car and 2 minutes later a cop was in my ass i ask what was the problem he said you were going 135 and zigzaging so he gave me a ticket for 135 in a hundred and zig zaging 2 or more lanes i ask to show me the radar and he said " non je refuse" do you think i can win in court if i have a witness?

im feeling ya, happened to on my last ticket, he put on the ticket that i was going almost 15km/h more than the actual speed i was driving at, didnt want to show me the radar.you can try but i dont think theres much that can be done against the legal mafia

Ask to have tall the proof around 3 weeks before your court date. Postpone the date and get a good lawyer.

They are under no obligation to show you the radar, which is gay because if he's doing radar on the highway and you fly by with no cars around and no one else in the car, he could give you a ticket for going 200kmh even if your only going 100kmh and there isn't a damn thing you can do.
