Ok so I got a ticket about a year ago for doing 128 km/h in a 80 km/h construction zone on the 13 by a cop from Terrebonne. I had my probationary license at the time so I contested the ticket to buy time and get a court date. I only had 4 points and the ticket was going to cost me 310$ and 5 points. So usually (from what I understand) I am suppose to recieve a letter in the mail around 6 months after I contest the ticket, giving me a court date... I have never recieved this letter and it is almost a full year now since I got the ticket.
My question is, should I just go pay the ticket now that I have my full points? Or should I wait for the letter in the mail? I know someone who has had a ticket he contested and never paid for, like 20 years ago or something now.
Thanks
