GMC Sierra 1500 4.3 vortec

1996 sierra 1500 (1/2 tonne) 4.3 vortec
automatic, defective transmission

truck is white, has around 250 000 km's if i'm not mistaken, its been awhile since i've gone near the truck. Its doing nothing for me here but cause me grief. I bought a replacement tranny for 350$ with intentions to swap it into the truck, but my old truck has a 305 and is always reliable to me.

SELLING FOR PARTS OR AS IS.

Will sell the complete truck with transmission for 800$
without replacement tranny 500$

truck is on a parking plate and does not drive at all. tranny COMPLETELY gone from trying to get it as close to home as possible.

The good:
new brakes in front and pads in back
one of the u joints done recently
body isnt that rusted
engine still runs strong

the bad:
defective transmission
windshield cracked
missing some exhaust line, but can throw in extra pieces to complete.
small gas leak from the line, not the tank.

WILL PART OUT.
If its parted out, i'm keeping the tailgate (or for sale 100$) and doors (need them for new truck)

everything else is up for grabs

can drive or there no more tranny on the engin ?

i really pushed it to its last days.. pretty much knew it was inevitable..

forgot to mention the truck also has everything nessisary, such as the gasket kit and filter to put the new tranny back in
