Up for sale is my 1997 mercury cougar V8 special anniversary edition, (it was the last year for the V8 cougars). Comes with half leather/half cloth interior in beige. Power windows, mirrors, seats (no sunroof). The car has 192 thousand km's on it, and I took over the car 2 summers ago, I'm the second owner. Recent upgrades include new battery (last summer) tinted windows (last fall) new exhaust flanges (this summer) and a new windshield (last winter) other then that the motor runs great and barely burns oil (changed every 5k kilometers). There is rust on the rocker panels on both sides of the car, and near the gas tank, other then that there isn't too much rust around the car. Engine is 4.6 with 205 hp and 285 lbs of torque, at the rear wheels. Since i drove it last winter it also has some pirelli winter tires on it (235/16/60) in very good shape, can easily do another 2 winters. Included with the car is a pioneer 6800 radio, mb quart front component speakers, and infinity rear speakers. I'm also letting the car go with my compustar 2 way starter/remote. Between the radio, alarm, and speakers ive spent easily over a thousand dollars, so the price of 800 dollars for the whole car, i find it pretty reasonable. For those worrying about gas, its not so bad in the city as long as you dont punch it, and fuel economy great on highway drives. The car makes for a nice cruiser and a good sleeper.
