i'm looking for cheap 195-65-15 winter tires without rims!! i have my oem mags for winter.
i don't want something at 400$, could be used, i don't care.
since i'm still a student, i want to same all i can. no finished tires or almost please lol!
i need at least something good for 1 winter and a half
